I applaud the DFL for working to pass a bill to protect the inherent rights of uncultivated wild rice to live and thrive. Next steps are to protect the inherent rights of trees on Summit Avenue to live and thrive as well as the protect the inherent rights of pre-born children to live, thrive and leave the womb alive.
